Moneymaker

Cats don’t care at all for money. Cats need food and a warm place. In human civilization it is prestigious to make lots of money. Women find men making lots of money sexy. Some lawyers make really good money. Lawyers making money are probably very attractive for some kind of female human beings. I could imagine, many lawyers would dream of having the name Moneymaker. If a lawyer really earns a lot, he will be probably very happy with such a name.

Other lawyers might be scared if their name is moneymaker. Just think about having your sign at the door photographed and humans write articles lawyers making too much money with a poor quality of service. In Switzerland there is an critical article online about laywers illustrated with a photo of the door plate of laywer Rechtsanwalt Thomas Geldmacher. I would call this really nasty. Seems to be black Switzerland humor. In Switzerland laywers will probably laugh at it. Noone is angry and all are happy.

Germany is diffrent. In Germany such a joke is not acceptable. Well, it might make a lawyer happy, but not the blogger. In German Rechtsanwalt Thomas Geldmacher would probably sound like this:

Hereby I interdict you to use my name in your weblog at all. Also I interdict you to use a photo of my door plate in your weblog or anywhere else. And now give me 859,80 Euro for this notice.

Can you imagine, someone makes a phtograph of your office sign, someone blogs it and you have the possibility to send a letter and demand the equal of more than 1000 Dollars for this? I guess, many humans would feel like winning a jackpot.

Well I have an idea. Cats can have any name a human give to them. Maybe humans can name their cat Moneymaker or even better name it Geldmacher, like it is translated in German. And then just make a photo of your beloved cat Moneymaker and post it to a free photo base. All you have to do now, is to wait that someone use the photo. When someone uses it in Germany, write a letter for 859,80 Euro and defend the honour of your cat. Wait a minute, it’s not that simple. First you have to ask a friend to contact the blogger in relation to the photo so you can prove, that the blogger knows about the photo. Well, will this problem make it impossible, to earn some money with a cat named Geldmacher?

Not a new idea? Who knows. Let’s have a look into technorati, if there is already a cat named Geldmacher. If there exist one, I could bet, it’s a lawyer’s cat.

Happy Andreas Neuber!

Andreas Neuber is a German lawyer and seems to be really a lucky guy. He just had to write an email to a human being, and wow, the entry titled Andreas Neuber in a well known German wiki was deleted. And that happened even without any imprisonment. Congratulations, Mr. Neuber!

Just one thing might cause Mr. Neuber some trouble. What, if a blogging cat would get the content of the deleted Wiki entry out of google’s cache? Will a blogging cat be beaten then? For some people it might be fun to beat cats, for cats it’s definitely no fun to be beaten. How to defend against being beaten for copying wiki content? Any ideas?

Well, I’ve got an idea. Have some fun instead of being beaten. Blogging cats might have a lot of fun with the switch TomLawyer florian63. Will Mr Neuber like the Google?

Blogging cats

In a blogosphere where human beings are harassed by lawyers, judges and governments for nothing more than telling their opinion, it might be sensible for humans to shut their mouth. But what, if a cat is beaten or harassed to shut up? Better don’t try this. Cats remember for their whole life, who has fed them and who tried to beat them.

Authorities can put a human blogger into prison for words said or not said. But what about the cat? Has anybody thought about that a human being imprisoned for his word might have cats? Has any judge thought about, how angry cats can become, when the beloved human being used to give them food is imprisoned?

Beware of blogging cats!
